Professional service and support by the seller with this order but the carriers involved....Not so much. There has been no explaination from the carriers about the delay that resulted in the package bouncing back and forth between the 3rd party carrier and USPS which delayed the shipping about 6 days. Once the issue was addressed by seller and myself USPS received the package and got it to me. Safe and undamaged despite the 3rd party carrier. Thank you for your attention and help racconie22!
