Item arrived very quickly by special delivery, please note, only buy if you do not want to add a SIM card to the tablet, this is a WiFi only A9+. I was going to return because I wanted a SIM option but decided to keep as lovely screen, easy to set up and use etc. Buyer responded very quickly when I mentioned returning though and did send returns label straight away, I just cancelled it. Will use my phone as a hotspot instead. Did think no SIM could be clearer on item description.

Dear Customer, Thanks for you feedback. but there are some clarifications we would like to share. 1st of all you noticed after 1 whole week that there are scratches on the device, i can understand you might have ordered microscope which was delivered after one week.secondly, you opened the payment dispute while the device was with you. i think you wanted to have your money back from your bank and also keep the device. i don't want to declare you a scammer myself but let the people decide.

    Waste of time and money

    The telephone arrived with a charger that wouldn't plug into a British electrical outlet and the instruction leaflet was in Azerbaijani; completely unusable. A waste of time and money. I don't doubt that the telephone is a good product but without the right charger and instructions in English it was useless to me.
