After ordering item from China it arrived in a damaged/unusable condition because of the way it was initially packed by seller. Contacted seller, forwarded photograph of damaged item. Initially the seller was going to partially refund but with further negotiations FULL credit was forwarded to me within two to three days. This is a positive to me and the seller once certain points were explained to them. Good communications with seller, postage time slow due to Xmas time ???? seller apologised
