I was having a bad time with stress headaches and one of my friends showed me how to apply pressure on the inside base of my thumb to relieve some of the pain. Well....it worked and I use that whenever I feel a headache coming on. I wanted to know more about reflexology and how to use it for other aches and pains. I bought this book and now find that you can relieve a lot of other symptoms you have, naturally, without popping a pain pill. Everything is step by step on what reflexes to press and which techniques to use when practicing reflexology. Next book.....one for the feet!
