The four disc extended edition of The Chronicles Of Narnia is a superb investment & is on a similar level to the LOTR (& should go next to it on the shelf). The story is wonderfully enchanting & the characters are well developed & convincing. For me, it's one of those really entertaining films that you can watch over & over. The scenery, special effects & costumes are perfect & the cg works well. The extended final battle scene is more than welcome & improves this brilliant part of the film. This really is a great film that is well acted, exciting & enjoyable. Nothing short of a triumph! The BBC tv version is great too & considering the much lower budget & 80's technology, i think they made a really good job of it. THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA DVD
This is a wonderful DVD and thoroughly entertaining for all the family. The characters were easily identifiable and you warmed to all of them immediately. The film stirred many emotions and had me in tears on several occasions, especially Aslan, who was probably my favourite.

all i can say is its a fantastic film that bring's me back to my childhood i dont wish to say much as it would spoil it oh the 2nd film Prince Caspian is more adult but still only PG so great for all the family both film's are worth getting but my fave is still the first. 10/10 for the two.
