My only gripe is that the packaging was no more than a bin liner and parcel tape. This meant that the case for the item arrived torn. Not a huge detriment, but disappointing nonetheless.     Not for me

    I bought this 2slice toaster to replace a 4 slice toaster which I am still in dispute with the supplier again it take ages to toast at the highest setting and then you have turn it to do the other side I have been asked what type of bread I am using from the supplier of the 4 slice toaster does this apply to this 2 slice toaster or am I doing something wrong please advise before I disregard this toaster.
