The bottle has unsealed from the top and the box not sealed. I'm not sure if this is genuine or why it was unsealed from top of the bottom.....

My item clearly states that that the item comes in its original box, i do not state that there is cellophane on the box.By viewing the pictures on my listing you can see that there isnt cellophane.As for the bottle being unsealed, i check all bottles that send out and this one was sealed!You can see in the pic that the sticker is there in the lid!Buyer received a full refund with no problems from myselfnever had complaints before and always had happy customers so this is very disappointing
