Paid for the item on the 11th. On the 18th I got a notification and a tracking number as if they sent the item. Until 26th (last day for the item to arrive) the notification said that the seller announced the item (but never shipped it). I contacted this person today to ask about the item. I was informed that they had the wrong label and that they don't want to pay the actual shipping price 60 pounds (even though the shipping was free). At least they refunded the money to me.
