The seller admits she is a dress agency therefore a business but trades as a private seller with no returns. She offered combined postage in her description I paid for this outfit in full and wanted to buy a second item to be packed in one single parcel. The seller cancelled the order. I wanted the outfit for Christmas . My husband purchased the outfit using his ebay account. The seller cancelled the order. This seller should be removed from ebay

Unfortunately this buyer was vry cruel to me prior to me posting the parcel out, she refused to pay £1 to combine postage for the second item (I have to pay this to insure the parcel to a higher sum), I read feedback from other sellers who have claimed similar behaviour, I opted to cancel the transaction for my own peace of mind. She then had her husband buy it, and again I cancelled the transaction. I should not have to tolerate her entitled behaviour, I will not apologise for having standards.
