The seller was extremely cooperative in compensating for the wrong product received
I received the sofa cover instead of the sofa, and reached out to the seller who was very kind to offer a replacement product or a refund. I chose to get a refund and I received a message from ebay the next day that refund is processed.
I am still waiting for the money to come through but so far I am happy that my issue was promptly responded to.
