Item was meant to be new but came with scratches all over it. Seller will not send me a replacement because apparently it will take too long?! Trying to offer me percentage refunds, when all I want is the product in new condition which surely is what you should get as standard?! Been backwards and forwards to a point where I've now given up with them. Will not honour a replacement for a product that cost less than £5, just out of courtesy. Avoid this seller at all costs!!
