Bag arrived will a big iron mark from transfer application on. Pictures attached below. Messaged seller for replacement or refund, stated he had sent it but I am still waiting nearly 3 weeks later. No refund or re placement ever received. Requested refund but I will still awaiting a reply. Awful quality of bag and postage took a long time. Definitely wouldn’t order from this seller again. I don’t recommend.
