The toy arrived safely, only reason I clicked Positive. As you can see from the pictures the box arrived dented, a soft toy so not so much of a problem. Postage got less stars because if packed better it would have cost £3.39 to post instead of £5 and also not a fan of receiving the sellers discarded plastic bags that served no purpose and now I have to get rid of them. I should be charging the seller for doing so or sending them back to him/her

I put the plush toy in a box to stop its tags from being damaged and added void filler to stop it rolling around in there. I also prefer to use cardboard boxes than plastic mailing bags as they can be recycled easier. Im sorry that you were not happy that I used recycled void fill but I prefer to do this than to buy brand new. Its much better for the environment to recycle.
