The pram itself is absolutely stunning and I’ve had many compliments over it. This item was ex display but you wouldn’t be able to tell as it’s in immaculate condition. The delivery was prompt and well packaged. There was an issue with missing items which was dealt with promptly and brand new ones were sent out. Great communication, highly recommended
