Received a pink one with cracks on the outside on both ends, not packaged properly. Mailed seller to be offered a 15% refund but wanted a replacement as the cracks were sharp enough for my granddaughter to cut herself on, was told they only had blue left so agreed to this only for this one to come more damaged than the 1st one. Also offered a 35% refund which I still haven’t received. Won’t be buying from here again.
