It was late on delivery and was not item I paid for I ordered a buffalo toaster and got a burco instead asked to send back at £40.00 postage as he sent wrong one his mistake as it had no returns . Told me to keep it but declined £40.00 refund for me to keep it . He then said I was too picky as only a different name than I ordered .

The item arrived damaged to a point that it was not usable. The repair that was advertised was so poor that it simply didn’t work. Seller promised to request compensation from Royal Mail and partially refund, but never saw that through.It was advertised as timber , but is in fact pressed fibre board so I tried fixing it but such a poor material doesn’t allow it.
