Seller finally posted the jacket a week later when I chased them up. When delivered I found it was not a down jacket as it was described and the polyester filled is clumped and lumpy. I asked to return it as it's not as described, the seller tried to blame me while denying the truth. Avoid this seller at all costs they can't accurately describe items, post them on time, take responsibility for their actions or appropriately communicate with people!!!

FALSE!a) I reached out to the buyer with regards to the jacket and waited for their response BEFORE sending out and that delayed the posting.b) The item was described EXACTLY how the brand describes the item online. The buyer wanted a feathered down jacket, but the jacket was never advertised as that. This is buyer's remorse and they should have asked before buying. c) Secondly, I took responsibility by promptly responding to the buyer today and I have followed up with eBay to find a resolve.
