shipping was very fast . there was a time where I thought she might be fake because of the missing box and I could not find the SKU number. I contacted the seller to let them know I thought they were fake and they were very patient and pleasant with me, giving me the information that I needed to authenticate them and where to find it But told me if I did not comfortable that I could return them with no problem. I did find the information they are authentic seller was patient and pleasant
