Correct rear mech hanger was received but the accompanying mounting bolts were too short. After a few rounds of chatbot ping pong I had a human response and was offered a partial refund. Given the relatively low value of the item (and the likely costs involved in returning it) this seemed a sensible way to resolve the issue.
