After purchasing, the transaction was canceled without my consent via PayPal, stating that the buyer requested cancellation. At first they said they couldn't send it to Japan because of a system problem, but when I pointed out that they had raised the price and relisted it, they replied that the system made a mistake in the price and shipping fee, and that they couldn't send it to Japan. I'm tired. This is a very irresponsible and negligent seller.
