did not work out of the box. seller completely unresponsive once it was clear item was defective. had to have ebay step in and provide the refund. DO NOT buy from this seller. Terrible customer service. Tried to get me to take item to an electrician for repair rather than do a return. Slow ship, broken item, unhelpful to negligent customer support. Thank God for ebay's excellent oversight service.

Item was as described so happy with that. But shipping took much longer than indicated and seller initially did not communicate the delay or reply to a message asking for an update once the item was already late. Then Ebay stepped in after I requested a refund and the seller became very communicative and the item arrived soon thereafter. It’s an overseas order and there might have been complexities with shipping as a result but better communication would have helped.
