Compact marvel of radio engineering
Compact and easy to use, with good quality sound and a refined look, this radio really does everything you need a DAB radio to do. It has FM as well of course! The bluetooth function means I can easily stream music from my phone once it has been "paired" with the radio. As a result I can run through a playlist or search for tracks on Amazon and play the music I want at my desk or in the bedroom. The new version with stereo is no doubt an improvement but if you are sitting close to the radio, as I normally am, stereo on a small-ish radio doesn't really offer any advantage. The look is similar to the old analogue Roberts radio I have from the 1980s, except that that radio is twice the size; though the old one booms out a hefty volume, the new Rambler gives you a more rounded and accurate ... Compact and easy to use, with good quality sound and a refined look, this radio really does everything you need a DAB radio to do. It has FM as well of course! The bluetooth function means I can easily stream music from my phone once it has been "paired" with the radio. As a result I can run through a playlist or search for tracks on Amazon and play the music I want at my desk or in the bedroom. Muffled sound
very very compact but packs in a good amount of ommph , it's sound is actually muffled and not bright and crisp for a good dab radio .. the features are great too if it was made to be moisture proof it would be the perfect little radio for my shower room ( its leatherette fragile and deteriorate like all them Roberts from 1990's onwards ) . one slight thought make the antenna location and power input in a better way and this would be 5 stars .. put the antenna on the radio top out of the way of the handle that can stow away like on the bluetune5 ..very very compact but packs in a good amount of ommph , it's sound is actually muffled and not bright and crisp for a good dab radio .. the features are great too if it was made to be moisture proof it would be the perfect little radio for my shower room ( its leatherette fragile and deteriorate like all them Roberts from 1990's onwards ) . one slight thought make the antenna location and power input in a better way and this would be 5 stars .. put the antenna on the radio top out of the way of the handle that can stow away like on the bluetune5 ..

An excellent modern radio with retro charm.
This is a very good little radio - and I'm a pro musician! I haven't mastered the allocation of channels to presets, but find it easy and interesting to click through the channels on DAB. It's also good to be able to play my Spotify Library items via Bluetooth
