Really impressed by this company great communication and as I wanted a standard tree the tree I received was actually a shrub so I contacted the seller and the seller couldn’t apologise enough so instead of sending back to the seller they offered me 50% refund and to keep the shrub so I was in total agreement with them his offer so have a loverly shrub at 50% less of the price so 5 stars from me and would highly recommend the seller and I am sure I will buy from again thankyou

this is just an ordinary shrub, not the standard tree as sown in the pictures. Seller says if I return the item they will then refund once it is received. Now have to go to the trouble of packing and sending back, and if it gets lost in transit then no refund. Beware, as the illustration on the site is not correct. No one wants to pay £18.99 for an ordinary bush.

Buyer beware because I sent this and no response Good afternoon, I ordered this plant for my mother before I went away on holiday and I have just got back and to my horror this invoice and plant was smaller than advertised and the bill is for £16..19 And I paid you £24.99 please advise on a partial refund for the difference. When this is complete I will sort the feedback out.
