So sad. All the puzzles smelled heavily of smoke. The plastic they were in and the puzzles themselves reeked. I am going to try to put dryer sheets in a bag with them but I am not sure it is going to help. ALSO two puzzles were missing pieces. The ones with the missing pieces were hidden in the pictures.

I am very sorry you were dissatisfied with the smell of the puzzles. They are very old and may have had odors from previous owners and the like. However I do regret you were upset by your experience and hopefully they do air out with the dryer sheets. I will take care to make sure this does not happen in the future. As for the puzzles that had missing pieces, I included everything in the description and took individual pictures of every puzzle so that their would be no confusion.
