Hi I have the jacket ended up collecting. the issue was not the weight but the parcel would not fit through the small parcel template. I felt you did everything to help me so will put down as one of those things as the fit was just out. The jacket is a good price and in well described condition. I think you were a little unlucky with the Post Office but it was a real hassle for me.
