As described. Order placed and paid for on the 1st of May. Finally despatched by the seller on the 4th of May, despite me telling them that I needed to receive them by the 8th of May and received by my neighbour on the 9th of May, too late for me to utilise them for the reason that I bought them. I have received orders from China quicker than this. Communication extremely poor.
