Quick, safe delivery, well packaged, in good condition, thanks. Wanted a Western, for a while, but hadn't seen a Western Nobleman before. Running was exactly as described, so no surprises when loco was a bit slow & hesitant. Gave it a good service - cleaned, lubricated etc (removed a huge lump of steel from the middle) and it is running nicely now.
