We're pleased that you like the coat so much and are that you are happy with the cost, but in all fairness the delivery was not slow. Item was paid for on Thurs 4th April and despatched the same day. Delivery was then attempted twice on Tues 9th and Weds 10th April but as there was nowhere undercover safe from the heavy rain the courier did not leave it. The courier managed to find you at home on Thurs 11th and delivered the item to you.
