Took 6 days to accept a return that was sent faulty it wasn’t damaged through transit it was broken in its box. Then waited a further two days after the return to refund over all from the date of payment. 12 days to sort a refund out. Ignored my messages too. Shocking service.

All steps taken followed ebay policy in regards to time limits. As for deliberately sending you a faulty product (You can CLEARLY see it has snapped off during transit) of course we do this all of the time, as we have nothing better to do than deal with complaints from such pleasant buyers like yourself ...
