    Exactly as described, actually better

    I was given the original edition of this book when we got married 40 years ago. When the book was updated, in my opinion the recipes were not as delicious. So, needless to say, my book is absolutely worn out! I was afraid I would eventually lose all these recipes. So I was determined to find a copy that I can preserve after mine deteriorates completely.

    Bought for my girlfriend. She had the same copy that was given to her from her mom... it has fallen apart over the years. Now she can put that copy away for safe keeping.     Another cookbook like I used to have.

    Years ago I had a Betty Crocker cookbook like the one I ordered from e-bay. I missed that cookbook and wanted another like it. The one I received is great - of course it is not new, but it is hard bound and little wear. I'm well satisfied for the price.
