    Arrived minus one bottle of product (Was sold as a oack of 2), the one bottle of 2 I actually received was mouldy and there has been zero help regarding a refund from these sellers regarding the missing item, which was apparently my fault as the courier obviously took no responsibility for it! . Not UK based either as its the middle of the night before any response. Really poor service sadly.

Based on this evidence your claim was declined therefore, you need to check with the neighbour who received the item on your behalf. unfortunately, we tried to fight your corner many times but there was no positive outcome to the claim you made. We are a UK based company as we have staff working round the clock to meet delivery deadlines.
