They refuse to return the item.1)We directed the buyer to open a return in eBay and receive a pre-paid return shipping -Buyer claimed he could not print.2)We then mailed a printed label -it was returned to us by USPS "Return to Sender"3)Lastly, we offered the buyer to ship it back to us, and we would reimburse the shipping cost. -Buyer Refused.
