I have since looked at other sets and seen that's not the case. It even arrived with a pre made display stand. Looks awesome. Great condition. All of the minifigures were in their unopened boxes as indicated. I have not built them yet, but upon scanning the individual boxes, all of the minifigures were present and there were no repeats, Excellent seller and will definitely consider buying from again for more of my LEGO needs.

And then he went to the post office to pick up the original package so we didn’t even have to ship it back. Amazing.
