The nylon door fixings go on as they should (no instructions with goods) the problem occurs when trying to fit the mirrors to the door fixings, the 6mm grub screw only catches the tapered nylon piece on the very end and not fully into the tapered piece thus forcing the mirrors off the nylon door fixings. The only way to make the mirror's fit is to pack off the nylon tapered piece with small washers so the grub screw gets a good bite. Bad design,!
