The problem I detected now with this brand is that they looks like are out of market, no more app download on Google store, no phone or email support. My app for old TL117 stop working and no more update. I called the support number on manual and go to another company, they never more answer my email questions. The lock still good to setting up to 9 passcodes and work with key if need.

They asked to cancel my order because they "accidentally" listed it twice. They also tried to tell me that the item didn't work. The listing said that the remote was bad but it just needed to be paired. I discovered that they sometimes list the same items twice using two different eBay accounts. They did ultimately deliver my order and shipped it promptly, but I do question their competence and trustworthiness.
