    Clark Gable did NOT want the part, ha!

    I think came on TV back in the late 80s and I saw it back then. But so very happy to see it on this DVD so I can re-watch and share it with loved ones. Original BW footage throughout (with a few reinactments) and well narrated. Greatly informative and entertaining. I cried at the movie patrons' outburst of emotions, when they realized they had been chosen to be the very first to see the movie Gone With The Wind! They were literally locked (willingly) in the theater, so no news press could ruin the first release/opinions. Did not want it to end, but wait, this is my DVD so I can watch again, hoorah!
