Returns Policy;
Returns Acceptance:
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Buyers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage unless the item is confirmed faulty or not as described.
Condition of Returned Goods:
Returned items must be received in the same condition as supplied, complete and unmodified, with all security markings, labels, or warranty stickers intact and untampered. Items that have been damaged, altered, dismantled or used inappropriately may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.
Fitment and Compatibility:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify compatibility prior to purchase. Vehicle compatibility tables are provided for guidance only and are not definitive. Buyers are strongly advised to confirm fitment using part numbers, OEM references, or by contacting us with the vehicle registration number or VIN. Incorrectly purchased items returned due to buyer error may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover handling and relisting costs.
Faulty Items:
Any item believed to be faulty must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Upon return and inspection, a replacement unit will be provided where available. Refunds are only issued where a replacement cannot be supplied or if requested by the buyer. Items will be fully tested prior to any refund being approved.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following categories of goods are excluded from returns unless confirmed faulty upon arrival:
Electrical and electronic components (including ECUs, modules, sensors, wiring looms) once fitted or connected
Electrical components requiring coding or programming which are returned as not working will be subject to a 20% restocking fee unless accompanied by independent evidence of incompatibility
Items that have been fitted, tampered with, or damaged after delivery
Items sold as “spares or repairs”
Return Procedure:
All returns must be authorised prior to dispatch. A return reference or case ID must be included with the returned item to ensure prompt processing. Unauthorised or unidentified returns may be delayed or rejected.

All items are dispatched on the next working day before 12:00 PM, following cleared payment. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Services & Carriers:
We use trusted couriers including FedEx, Evri, and DX. All items are shipped using a 24-hour delivery service where applicable. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.
Delivery Timeframes:
UK Mainland: 24-hour courier service from point of dispatch
Remote Areas: Additional transit time may apply for Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland
International Shipping:
Boxed items are available for international purchase through eBay s Global Shipping Programme (GSP). If your country is not supported, please contact us before purchasing.
Packaging & Freight Items:
Items are securely packaged for safe transit. Certain large or fragile items will be shipped via pallet delivery, including but not limited to:
Doors
Tailgates
Bonnets
Radiators
Gearboxes
Large body panels
Pallet Delivery Terms:
Buyers must ensure that palletised deliveries are accepted only if they arrive on a pallet.
Do not accept or sign for any large item delivered loose or without a pallet.
Please inspect the pallet before signing for delivery. Any visible damage must be noted with the driver and reported to us within 24 hours, accompanied by photographic evidence.
Missed or Failed Deliveries:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If a delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability to receive the parcel, redelivery fees may apply.

All payments must be cleared in full prior to dispatch. We do not offer cash on collection or credit facilities unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Deadline:
Payment is required immediately at checkout unless prior arrangements have been made. Orders not paid within 2 business days may be cancelled and relisted.
Order Cancellation by Buyer:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders already packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled, and you may need to initiate a return under our Returns Policy.
Pricing and VAT:
All prices listed are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. A VAT invoice can be provided upon request. We reserve the right to revise pricing without notice prior to sale confirmation.
Fraud & Verification:
We reserve the right to cancel any transaction where we suspect unauthorised or fraudulent activity. In such cases, eBay and relevant authorities will be notified.
Warranty Terms:
General Warranty Overview:
All parts sold are used, tested, and supplied in good working condition unless otherwise stated. Warranty terms vary by part type and are strictly limited to the replacement or refund of the item itself. No labour, fitting, or consequential costs are covered under any circumstances.
Electrical Items
No Warranty Provided
Due to the sensitive nature of vehicle electronics and the potential for damage during fitting, electrical items are sold without warranty and are non-returnable once installed or connected. This includes, but is not limited to:
ECUs and control modules
Sensors and switches
Wiring looms, ignition components, infotainment units
All electrical items are tested and security marked prior to dispatch.
Engines & Gearboxes
All engines and gearboxes come with a 3-month warranty on the bare unit only (i.e., engine block, cylinder head, and internal components). Ancillaries such as turbos, injectors, fuel pumps, sensors, manifolds, clutches, and wiring are not covered, even if supplied with the unit.
Warranty Conditions:
A full engine service must be carried out prior to installation, including:
Timing belt/chain and water pump replacement
Fresh oil and filters
New spark plugs/glow plugs (as applicable)
Thermostat and coolant flush
All work must be carried out by a qualified technician.
Failure to follow proper installation procedures voids the warranty.
Gearboxes must be filled with correct grade oil and fitted using manufacturer guidelines.
Body Panels & Exterior Parts
Body panels (doors, bonnets, wings, bumpers, etc.) are visually inspected before dispatch and supplied with a 14-day warranty covering fitment and structural integrity only.
Damage caused during fitting or handling is not covered
Paint condition and colour match are not guaranteed for used panels
Warranty Claims Process
All claims must be submitted in writing with:
Proof of purchase
Description of fault
Vehicle registration or VIN
Clear photos or diagnostic evidence
Proof of professional fitting (where applicable)
Where possible, a replacement will be provided. If no suitable replacement is available, a refund will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and verified.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Buyer-Initiated Cancellations:
Buyers may request to cancel an order before dispatch by contacting us through the eBay message system. We will make reasonable efforts to process cancellation requests, but:
Orders already packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
In such cases, buyers must follow our standard Returns Policy after receiving the item.
Cut-off Time for Cancellations:
We dispatch all orders by 12:00 PM on the next working day. Any cancellation request received after this time may not be honoured.
Seller-Initiated Cancellations:
We reserve the right to cancel orders if:
Payment is not received within 2 working days
The delivery address is incomplete or flagged as high risk
The item becomes unavailable or damaged prior to dispatch
In these cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
Custom Orders or Special Requests:
Items that have been modified, reserved, or specially sourced at the buyer’s request are non-cancellable once preparation or ordering has commenced.
