I've had some problems in the past with shipping these beautiful neon desk lamps; this isn't the case - the lamp arrived intact and was very well packaged for shipping. Both in terms of price of the neon sign and product protection, I was very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this seller! A+!

I saw the pictures, but it was much worse than I thought once I saw it in person. It was my fault for not asking for more photos. In the future, I recommend the seller take photos of the backs of the cards as well so buyers can get a better sense of damage.
