    the item was great value, shipped very quickly in appropriate packaging, but there was sadly a small stain on the shirt that wasn’t pictured in the listing. however, the seller was extremely kind & responsive, and resolved the issue immediately by offering a refund and allowing me to keep the item. The Seller declined to contact the post office, so I had to resolve the issue myself. Seller declined to assist or refund shipping—only offered to reship if returned, something that should be standard, not a courtesy. The item was as described, but the lack of accountability and shipping oversight made this a disappointing experience. Sharing here so others are aware.
