    Despite specifically requesting pre-postage the packaging for this highly fragile shellac disc be secure, this item arrived to me broken. In response, the seller then argued the excellence of his packaging by way of customer feedback. Yet in this instance images show the item clearly broken. This was not a pleasant or satisfactory buying experience, nor can I recall any form of apology. I would not have confidence in buying from this seller again. The seller refunded the amount in full.

    I received a 78 record from this seller which in spite of his really excellent packing was broken when opened. From the damage to the package it was obvious that it had been impacted by a heavy object during transit. After reporting this to the seller he immediately issued a full refund.
