I have a bmi of 22 & am not diabetic, I go through a typical day at 5, with minimal spikes, but it is very good to know what level your blood sugar is at. Everybody should wear one of these devices at least once in their life, to find out what truly spikes their blood glucose level &, consequently their insulin release & ultimately, insulin resistance. ICan is a great product & App.

The app is tricky to set up, not expecting to receive a code by phone, but fixing the sensor is straightforward. Studying the video is vital. The information from the app is phenomenal. I'm using it alongside a finger prick kit for calibration and I think the iCan CGM tends to underread, but interpretation can allow for that.

The service from Sinocare Store is second to none. It arrived in 2 days. I've messaged a couple of times and my messages have been responded to quickly and politely. If I have to nitpick- The ican app isn't brilliant. It could do with a couple of tweaks to make it better.
