I checked the tracking with USPS and it said label generated, waiting to recieve. I reached out to seller and she told me she mailed the package and that it was out of her hands. Well I I started to look into USPS and it turned out she hadn't mailed it. I brought it to her attention. She denied it and said she mailed it. I contacted Ebay, they implemented a solution by a certain date. After looking into the matter, I can confirm that the package was indeed shipped; however, it appears that it was unfortunately lost in transit by USPS. I offered to send another pair of leggings at not expense and buyer denied. I went in person to usps to get the matter resolved and the item was able to be found and delivered.
