    No1 Bookseller is unfortunately an unreliable seller. Despite the listing stating there were 10 units in stock, I was contacted the day after placing my order to be told there were in fact none in stock. Very disappointing and a waste of time. Also, I found that if you're ordering multiple items, the shipping costs add up to be really very costly. Then when the seller cancelled my order to initiate my refund, the seller gave an untrue reasoning for the refund.

    Due to a technical glitch I reached out to the buyer for an alternative solution but got no response and regarding the postage cost which is clearly stated on the listing as each additional item is £3.49 no combine postage.

    Berghaus gilet received was new and exactly as described. Excellent item significantly cheaper than I had found elsewhere. Delivery was rapid but Parcelforce the carrier confused its delivery day bizarrely delivering one day earlier than it stated which could have caused problems. Communication from seller was simple, prompt and clear.
