Warranty was expired this time and it's so wasteful to just buy a new one, so I looked for options to have it fixed. I think having the sticks switched out for hall effect ones is worth it. Much less worry now of getting drift again. For me the service was a one week turnaround. Good communication. Recommended.

Both controllers came back feeling brand new with free new thumb grips for both controllers. The service was £20 for the both of them which is so cheap compared to my other local repair shops. Sent them off late last week and got them back this week. I can’t fault this service and would highly recommend this service if you have stick drift on your controllers. 11/10 service, 11/10 communication
