I say received but I had to go to the sorting office to pick up the book as the seller hadn't paid enough postage and to add to insult, I had to pay a further £2.30. Requests for a refund when the book hadn't arrived long after it's predicted date were met with an email suggesting we wait, since it was posted long ago. No mention of my refund after that!
