The seller was in constant contact with me, and tried to ring and live chat EVRI to no avail, and even went to his local depot and had no joy. He has given me a full refund, as he had no more of the item to send to me, and will be out of pocket himself. His customer service is exemplary.

I took the stand apart, the broken part is visible in the photos, unfortunately this part is not sold separately. I will try to find the stand. I will not return it. I don't think it's the seller's fault because the monitor was really well packaged. The seller shipped the package very quickly, so 5 stars. Thanks.

Item is as described with all power and data cables included. The box was a bit beaten up but the monitor was immaculate in appearance and works perfectly. An excellent transaction, and I would definitely use EVE IT Outlet Store again.
