The quality of the Dell laptop I bought from them was outstanding. Only issue in my case was the packaging. The £600 laptop has been wrapped in some bubble wrap, then put in an old, out of shape cardboard box, with extra pieces of cardboard placed on top. Luckily, it was fine!
