    Extremely unprofessional and rude. The seller said multiple times "I’m so glad we no longer live in MA !!" and "I do NOT MISS MA at all - You can’t lie to get FREE ITEMS!! I PAID FOR IT & that is STEALING!" when I informed her that the item she sold me is not close to the same item that I bought from an official MLB store. I requested a refund to send the product back and the seller sent back messages that were not only unprofessional but very rude and showed her character.
