This is amazing don't even think about it BUY IT! I'm 14 days being a non smoker, my mouth tastes delicious and ive even had 4 nights of drinking with no need for a ciggie which was going to be the deal breaker for me :)

Brill book
If you are looking to give up smoking this is the book for you. Its written by a person that actually smoked and faced the same daily struggles as us smokers. It really does makes sense of the whole smoking addiction and does help with quitting. Must read book for all smokers.
