Lol. Then they said to return them to a place in Southern Ireland (jeans came from China). Paid the £15 return post (jeans cost £21). Jeans were delivered to Ireland the next day but 3 weeks later they were still saying they hadn't received confirmation. Ended up contacting Ebay who sorted refund within 2 days.

When I reported the issue, the seller refused to cover return postage and only offered to refund half the cost, despite the fault clearly being on their end. The seller did everything possible to avoid taking accountability. This is not a business operating in good faith. Avoid!
